Versa-Nut® Insert

Versa-Nut® - the new blind insert from Avdel® doubles the grip range of soft materials, thin wall plastics and composites, while providing new levels of joint clamp and pullout resistance with fewer fasteners. It features four longitudinal slots evenly spaced along the length of its casing. During assembly, the slots split open to form folded legs that spread across the underside of the workpiece, producing a large bearing area. Versa-Nut® insert fastener offers a grip range up to 12mm, large than any comparable blind insert fastener on the market and installs in three seconds.

High Strength Hexsert® Inserts

High Strength Hexsert® inserts are a new range of superior strength threaded inserts, based on the current euro Hexsert® large flange range (the 9498 series). The new insert offers exceptional mechanical performance making it compatible with the full strength capacity of high-tensile screws and bolts and therefore capable of carrying clamp loads typically 70% higher than the Avdel® 9498 series inserts.

Large Diameter Avdelok®

High strength, heavy duty, bolt-type steel fasteners for demanding engineering applications. A choice of five standard sizes. Tensile strength over 300kN and clamp loads over 200kN.

10mm (3/8") Monobolt® Fasteners

The Monobolt 2771 steel series now includes a 10mm (3/8") size, providing blind side assembly in load-bearing structural applications. High shear and tensile strength. Ideal for fastening thick sheet or coverplates to box sections.

nGenesis® Quick Release Nose Equipment

Change a nose equipment cartridge on your nGenesis tool on line in around 10 seconds. By simply turning the nose casing and sliding the nose equipment cartridge, they can be removed and replaced by hand, without taking your nGenesis tool off line. The used equipment cartridge can then be cleaned and serviced off line and returned ready for the next change over. Ideal for continuous flow production lines or where the tools are used in evironments requiring frequent cleaning of nose equipment. Available on the G1,G2, G3 and G4 models. Will place the same fasteners as standard nose equipment apart from Maxlok®.
