The 10mm (3/8") size Monobolt® fastener is now available in aluminium and stainless steel and extends the range of Avdel® breakstem fasteners for loadbearing structural applications, combining the benefits of blind side assembly with high clamp loads over a wide grip range. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring one sided access and a high strength fastener.

The new ø 6,4 mm (1/4") Avibulb® XT (steel) and Avinox® XT (stainless steel) fasteners are high strength breakstem fasteners with excellent bulbing tail formation, which makes them ideal for the use in thin sheet materials. They feature a wide grip range, especially suited for applications with varying sheet thicknesses.

The Double Flush Chobert® rivet has a countersunk head for use in exceptionally thin sheet materials. Based on the Chobert® rivet design, it has been specifically developed for use in electronics applications.The "Double Flush" is placed into sheets that have countersunk bores on both sides. After installation, the placed rivet forms a flush fastening on both the front and rear of the application.

The Avbolt® fastener is a structural, tamper resistant high strength, blind steel fastener designed for use in heavy duty structural applications. It enlarges the wide range of Avdel structural bolts by offering a high tensile and shear strength (normally only possible with non blind lockbolts) with the versatility of single sided installation.
Now available in sizes from ø 4,8 mm to 16 mm (3/16" - 5/8").

A hydro-pneumatic tool with a cycle time of just 1.7 seconds and the ability to place the new 3/8" Monobolt® with just one press of the trigger. Also places many of the larger rivets in the Avdel range including the 14mm Avseal® II sealing plug.

The Monobolt 2771 steel and 2774 aluminium series now include a 10 mm (3/8") size, providing blind side assembly in load-bearing structural applications. High shear and tensile strength, making it ideal for fastening thick sheet or coverplates to box sections.

Versa-Nut® - the new blind insert from Avdel® doubles the grip range of soft materials, thin wall plastics and composites, while providing new levels of joint clamp and pullout resistance with fewer fasteners. It features four longitudinal slots evenly spaced along the length of its casing. During assembly, the slots split open to form folded legs that spread across the underside of the workpiece, producing a large bearing area. Versa-Nut® insert fastener offers a grip range up to 12mm, large than any comparable blind insert fastener on the market and installs in three seconds.

High strength, heavy duty, bolt-type steel fasteners for demanding engineering applications. A choice of five standard sizes from ø 12.7 mm to 25.4 mm (ø28.6 mm optional). Tensile strength over 300kN and clamp loads over 200kN.
