New range of robust and durable installation tools designed for high speed installation of larger diameter lockbolts.
Overview
Large diameter Infalok® and Avbolt® fasteners can be placed securely in seconds with this new range of robust and durable installation tools and pumps, designed for a long working life in extreme conditions. Avdel’s 734 tool range is the ideal tool on any busy production line. The system consists of four separate parts: placing tool, easy-to-change nose equipment, pump unit and hose.
Key features and benefits
There is a choice of placing tools and nose equipment for quick and reliable installation of Infalok® lockbolts and Avbolt® fasteners.
A range of pump units deliver the pull force required for secure, long lasting assembly at high speed. Easy-to-change nose equipment and a range of hydraulic hoses in different lengths enable the tool to be adapted to suit local assembly requirements.

- Powerful universal industrial electric motor - fully enclosed and fan cooled
- Back-lit LCD provides self test, diagnostic and read-out capabilities
- Set pressure feature turns off motor at user defined pressure
- Low maintenance
- IP54 protection class - suitable for use in harsh environments
- Available in voltages from 110 V to 480 V
