WEEE Compliance in Europe

Avdel® products are sold in Belgium by a Concessionaire. The Concessionaire acts as the importer of the equipment into Belgium. Thus the Concessionaire has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Belgium.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Avdel® products that the dealer sells in Belgium.

Please contact the Concessionaire directly to find out how these obligations for waste electrical and electronic equipment are being met.
