WEEE Compliance in Europe

Avdel® products are sold in Ireland by Concessionaires. The Concessionaire acts as the importer of the equipment into Ireland. Thus the Concessionaire has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Ireland.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Avdel® products that the dealer sells in Ireland.
