Plating Capabilities
The modern barrel plating facilities allow us to plate to our customers specifications. We specialise in the following finishes, but can plate other finishes on request:
- Zinc Plating
- Trivalent Passivation
- ZinKlad System (MacDermid Approved)
- Zinc Alloy Plating
- Nickel Alloy Plating
- Electroplated Tin
- Clear and Black Passivation
We can ensure corrosion resistance to red rust up to 1000 hours in your chosen colour
We plate to industry standard AIGI CQ 11 and AMF are a MacDermid Approved plater
We have three plating lines which allow us to plate even the largest quantities quickly and efficiently. All three lines are computerised and allow us to produce certificates of conformity for every step in the process.
Various top coats can be applied to the products using a fully computerised recipes controlled coating system. We can finish your products in any colour you choose
